Survey: Female minorities working in health IT make 28% less than their white male colleagues

On average, women in health IT make 82 cents for each dollar paid to their male colleagues. That gender pay gap has widened among female executives, who make 22% less than men at the executive level. Meanwhile, nonwhite females are among the hardest hit, making $26,000 less than white men in the same position.
