The AMGA Foundation – the nonprofit arm of the American Medical Group Association – has launched a national campaign aimed at improving care for diabetes patients.
Hundreds of AMGA medical groups and health systems from across the country attended the launch of the “Diabetes: Together 2 Goal” campaign in Orlando, Florida during the AMGA 2016 Annual Conference last week.
